On the first floor of the building, there is the Realminas Restaurant, a traditional restaurant in the city. That’s where our hotel’s breakfast and dinner are served. It has a capacity for 150 people (limited to 72 due to COVID-19) and a typical menu of the region.

Measures against COVID-19

Security measures were taken to ensure the common health of our visitors:

  • Enhanced cleaning of the rooms, with ventilation and disinfection at each change of guests
  • Products verified by Anvisa are used for hotel cleaning 
  • Mandatory use of mask in common areas of the hotel
  • Provision of alcohol gel in common areas
  • Lobby with reduced number of tables and chairs
  • Posters in common areas to remind guests of safety measures 
  • Sanitizing mat for disinfecting feet at the hotel entrance

  • Daily rate: The pet will stay in the same apartment as the owner, and it is possible to host a maximum of two animals per accommodation. A value of R$35.00 per animal will be added for each day;
  • Size: We accept animals up to 20kg that have a docile and friendly temperament. The owner must ensure the harmony of the Hotel, by taking care that the pet does not make noise or disturb other guests;
  • Apartment: Pets cannot be alone in the apartment;
  • Circulation: During transit through the Hotel, guests must keep the pets on a leash, in the lap or in its appropriate boxes for transport;
  • Allowed areas: The entry of animals in the Gym area is expressly prohibited, but we allow the entry of pets in the Restaurant so that they are not left alone in the apartment while guests are having their meals;
  • Cleaning: The accommodation will only be cleaned up when the pet is not present. The owner is fully responsible for cleaning the waste of his animals, including inside the apartment;
  • Objects: All objects pertaining to pets, such as pet beds, food containers and hygiene materials, must be brought by the guests themselves, since they are not provided by the Hotel;
  • Responsibility: Any damages caused by pets to Hotel’s or other guests’ objects will be the sole responsibility of the pet’s owne.
  • Non-compliance: The Hotel reserves the right not to proceed with the accommodation of animals that do not comply with the requirements.”
